& Returns

Items that are made to order (including commission pieces), as well as original artworks and limited edition prints, are non-refundable. However, most products can be exchanged or returned without a problem - like the items in the ‘Textile’ category of my store. The item must be unused and in its original state. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

For exchanges and returns shoot me an email. Let me know if you’d like to do an exchange or return and I’ll get back to you with my address. Unfortunately, I’m not able to cover your shipping costs. However, I’ll always refund the price of the products in full (less shipping) upon its receipt as long as it’s unused and in its original state.

All products are checked to make sure they are in great condition and handled with care during the packing process before handed over to the delivery company. Chilimarini is not responsible for packages that were damaged during the transit process. Please contact the mail carrier company directly if something arrives damaged.
