Carmellia Indira Reyes

Studio Chilimarini is a design studio by Carmellia Indira Reyes, an Indonesian artist based in Melbourne. Her formal education in interior design informs her artistic work. Carmel creates functional objects with a clear sense of permanence inspired by ephemeral objects found in nature and our everyday lives using her knowledge of colour blocking, the use of contrasting colours, and bold shapes brought over from her time as an interior designer.
